Shipping COVID 19 AND DELIVERIES At Denim + Cloth we are working closely with our delivery partners at Australia Post to minimise delays and deliver your order to you as safely and as quickly as possible. Australia Post have provided added information regarding how they are tracking with delays, COVID-19 and how they are working to keep everyone safe whilst getting your parcels to you as soon as possible. CONTACT FREE DELIVERY For the safety of you our customers and our delivery partners Australia Post have introduced contact-free delivery. Please see below how the delivery will work: The delivery driver will knock or ring the door bell, place your parcel on the ground and step away. If you are at home at the time of the delivery the driver will have authority to record your full name instead of obtaining a physical signature. If the delivery address is unattended and the driver considers there to be a safe place to leave your parcel the authority to leave process will be followed and no name obtained. Drivers will do their best to make note or take a picture as to where the parcel has been left in a safe place as proof of delivery. STANDARD SHIPPING FREE standard delivery on orders over $39: Take advantage of FREE STANDARD DELIVERY Australia-Wide on orders $39 and over. We’ll shout you the eParcel delivery via the good people at Australia Post if you spend $39 with us in one transaction. Most standard delivery customers receive their order within 3 business days, however you should allow up to 5 business days for your goods to arrive. We do recommend customers in QLD and WA allow a little extra time sometimes up to 7 business days depending on your location (orders originate in Adelaide, South Australia). We will send you a confirmation email along with your tracking number when we ship your order. Australia Post will also send a confirmation once your order has been scanned at the post office. For all orders under the amount of $39 we charge a flat rate of $7.50. *Please note occasionally due to shipping restrictions we post footwear without the box. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. EXPRESS SHIPPING Too excited to wait? Flat rate express Shipping $15- Express shipping is offered at a flat rate of $15 Australia Wide. This service guarantees priority fulfilment and delivery. Most express orders are delivered the following business day, however it can take 1-3 business days during peak traffic periods or if your location may be in regional areas. Orders must be placed before 12.30pm AEST for same day dispatch, however we will always do our best to get your parcel out as soon as possible. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Due to current flight restrictions orders may experience delays. Please allow up to 15 days to receive your order depending on your location. International standard shipping is offered at a flat rate of $25AUD or FREE when you spend over $250AUD. At Denim + Cloth we are currently shipping to just New Zealand, however please contact us if you have a request. We will be looking at reopening some of our previous shipping destinations. Important information: Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and will be charged in Australian dollars. Prices do not include relevant overseas custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees that you may incur. So please check with your local customs office for further information. Denim + Cloth cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Approximate time for delivery for international orders is 8-10 working days. Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post once processed you will receive a confirmation along with tracking details. You can track your parcel on the Australia Post website via this link. Free international shipping is NOT available for sales and promotional periods. However we are more than happy to quote shipping to your location if you wish. CLICK AND COLLECT Click and collect in store is a free service we provide that allows you to place an order online, and then collect your purchase at one of our Denim + Cloth stores. This service offers you the convenience of shopping online, with the peace of mind that comes with shopping in store. How to click and collect: Shop online from our full range of styles online. Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select in store pick up and choose your preferred pick up location to finalise your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent from our online team once your order is ready to be collected in store. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to processed to ensure we have time if we need to ship stock between stores. If your item/s is located at your preferred store the order will be processed and finalised straight away. Collecting in store you will need to bring a valid photo ID along with your order confirmation and number, once presented to one of our friendly team members they will be able to retrieve your order. Easy-peasy! DENIM + CLOTH SHIPPING PROCESSES We do our best to provide the speediest delivery where possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post and can be tracked via their website here. If you require an estimate delivery time for your order you can use the Australia Post calculator for delivery times using our postal code 5061 here. Dispatch times: Orders placed before 2pm each business day will be dispatched the same day as long as the item/s are available to our warehouse. Orders placed throughout the weekend will be dispatched the following business day before 12pm. Our distribution centre is located in Adelaide, South Australia and is closed on weekends and public holidays. Please note that: Orders placed during promotional periods may encounter a short delay in being dispatched, due to high numbers in orders at one time. All delivery times are indicative only, and while we will always do anything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, we will make contact with you as soon as possible in a rare case where there may be an unavoidable delay in shipping. All your contact details are correct to ensure a speedy delivery. If you have noticed a mistake you may have made on your order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will fix it up for you. We always recommend to send your parcel to an address where someone will be present during business hours. OR to an address where the parcel can be left in a safe spot. Our parcels do not require signature however if you would like to request that please let us know.
